Ice Breaker Competition

Summerfields Gymnastics club. Hastings.

3 gymnasts from Canterbury gym Club—Maria Whittaker, Shay Smithson and Ethan Watson took part.

For the club it was the first time in its history to see 2 members of the boys squad competing in a 6 piece competition. There were stunning performances by all .

Maria Whittaker in Level 5 came 7th with a score of 42. This was an enormous improvement from her last competition moving up 12 places and with a higher score.

Ethan Watson NDP 4 came 4th with a score of 40.5

Shay Smithson 6th with a score of 31.1

Congratulations to the gymnasts who continue to show improvement and help Canterbury Gymnastics make a name for itself in the area.
