PARENTS CODE OF CONDUCT
- Should you wish to stay to watch their child, we must reiterate that parents must sit on the suplied benches or chairs and not on any of the equipment including mats. We would also ask that parents refrain from walking across the gym to assist or speak with their child as this can be off putting for the other gymnasts.
- As per the terms of the membership we would like to remind parents that all fees are due on a monthly basis and all sessions that are not attended are still payable. The fee structure in place includes the Gym closing for 4 weeks per year and again fees are payable for this time.
All fees should be paid by the 14th of each month preferably by standing order
- A months notice must be given to terminate your membership
Should your child be absent from the gym we would ask that you either text or ring to advise us of this. Rae 07941 778057 Kerry 07773 780886
All gymnasts are required to attend their sessions on time so we would ask they are here at least 5 minutes prior to the start time. Should the child be more than 10 minutes late, refusal of entry into the gym will take place. Should you know you are running late please contact either Kerry or Rae prior to the start of the session so alternative warm up arrangements can be made.
We must also request that gymnasts are collected promptly at the end of each session. We are unable to let gymnasts leave the gym without a suitable adult/parent coming to collect them. In order to safeguard our gymnasts we are required to contact the Local Authority if you child is either collected late on regular basis or you are more than 20 minutes late at any one time.
