Adults gymnastics for adults who either wish to keep fit or compete at Veteran Levels in Artistic (Men's and Women's), Acro (all abilities), Tumbling and FreeG
Classes will be available as follows
Monday 8pm - 10pm
Wednesday 8pm - 10pm
These sessions all have a level 2 or above coach on site available for advice however this is an open gym session and is not a directly coached session.
This is a PAYG session. The cost is £10 per session, monthly option available.
All Members must have a British Gymnastic Membership, if you already have this please inform us of your unique membership number. If you do not have the British Gymnastic Membership then go to British Gymnastics and you will be able to register it there. This will give you a Bronze Membership and Insurance.
We also have a yearly fee of £30 as a gym membership to CGC which is payable at the reception desk.
All participants must wear suitable clothing when in the gym.
