These classes are mixed, with both boys and girls training together. This class is gymnastics for fun; the children will learn skills from a variety of disciplines including floor, vault, bars, beam and trampoline.
Gymnasts will also work on the proficiency award scheme recommended by British Gymnastics.

If you would like to attend one of these session please email or call us to book in a trial, there will be forms to be filled out before arrival which will need to be emailed back to us.
If the day you would like to attend if full to capacity please email us and we will put you on the waiting list.
Our trials are £5 each per trial and every child receive two of these before the commitment of the membership.
The monthly fee is based on one 1 hour session per week.
You are welcome to attend extra sessions at a cost of £15.00 per session.
All participants must wear suitable clothing when in the gym and come prepared with a water bottle, hair tied up and earrings removed or taped over.
